1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CruxIO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CruxIO is a crash investigation intelligence platform that integrates with Firebase Crashlytics and GitHub to help mobile development teams identify, analyze, and resolve application crashes faster.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use CruxIO.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of CruxIO.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code via the Service.
• Abuse the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users (e.g., automated scraping).

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CruxIO (crash data, repository data, credentials). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Third-Party Integrations

CruxIO integrates with Firebase (Google) and GitHub. Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CruxIO does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete. AI suggestions are for informational purposes only — always verify before applying to production code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
